Hi, this is Julius from completeautoreports.com and in this segment of our video tutorials, I will be showing how shop owners can add a job to an already existing service request through our Shop Management Software. This enables Service Facilities to add and update tickets with additional Jobs that require it. Click Service Requests and then View All Requests in the left menu. Go to the Ticket that you would like to add a job to, go to the Actions Button, followed by “edit” You can view your saved Ticket here. Now Scroll to the Relevant Job you would like to add. For demonstration purposes, We are going to add a Brake System, Front Brakes Check to this Service Request. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click to “Notify Customer” with the New Changes you made to this Existing Service Request.
