Hi, this is Julius from completeautoreports.com and in this segment of our video tutorials, I will be showing how shop owners can invoice the customer through our Shop Management Software. Once the jobs have been accepted and completed, a invoice needs to be generated. The most efficient way of doing this is through the left menu, click “service request” and proceed to click “view all requests”. Once you have found the service request you would like to print the invoice for, click the actions BUTTON followed by View. This will lead you to the “service request detail” page. From there select the “service completion and generate invoice” button on the upper right hand corner. Once that is completed an invoice will be created and sent to the customer.
