As a shop Manager, you are in capability of receiving assortments of Feedback, Complaints, and Inquiries sent in by Customer through our Shop Management System. On your main Shop Dashboard, you have access to ticket tracking that enables you to view Feedback, Complaints, and/or customers submitted inquires trying to obtain information on your Shop. With this, you can respond to these tickets and resolve an issue you may encounter with customers.
