To add a preferred facility through our Vehicle Management System, Start by pressing on “My Facilities” on the app dashboard, and “Add Service Facility”. Here you can put the information pertaining to the shop. Input the Name, the CAR facilities email, the address of the shop, including the Country, State, City, and Zip Code, as well as a primary Phone Number and Website URL. Once finished, check the box to “Set as Default Service Facility”, in which whenever you submit a request to a shop, CAR automatically sets up the ticket to be sent to that Default Service Facility.
