To submit a DIY Request through our Vehicle Management System, A customer selects his/her vehicle (a drop down pops up and the customer can select their vehicle that needs to be serviced), Request Title (Job Title), the selected Service Schedule Date, the Service shop of choice, Present Mileage, and any notes you'd like to inform the shop about the service to the car. A customer can also upload a invoice document and image if they have one. This service is then added to a car's history under Service Requests. Once that is filled out, there is a series of nineteen (19) categories of services that can be performed. A customer can also indicate whether the job is a DIY or its is being serviced by another Service Facility by selecting it, then submitting the Invoice to the Shop.
