How to Send Feedback and Complaints in App


Hi and welcome back to Complete Auto Reports in this video I will show customers how to upload Feedback and Complaints on Services through our Vehicle Management System. To do this load up your app and select the Service Request in question by clicking “Service Request” and applying the proper Search Filters to find the job easier. Once Found select the job and click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner. From here you can add a complaint. Fill in the Complaint title, body of text, and you can even add a picture if need be. Submit the complaint then press the arrow in the left hand corner to return to the Service Request and add the feedback the same way as the complaint For more information on our recommendations and methods of storing diagnostic codes per manufacturer for better accuracy, follow the link in the description below.
